HIGHLIGHTS
Herricks 26, Westbury 0: Marcus Osieczkowski took a screen pass for 57 yards for a touchdown from Marvin Lee on the opening play of the game and Ryan Oommen had a 45 yard touchdown run on a counter play with eight minutes left in the fourth quarter to cap off the scoring. Oommen finished the game with eight rushes for 56 yards and scored two touchdowns to lead Herricks (1-1) in Nassau Conference I. Lee threw for 65 yards on four completions highlighted by the touchdown pass to Osieczkowski. Herricks, however, was led by its defense. Oommen led the team with 10 tackles. John Abraham had three tackles for a loss (TFL) and a sack. Lee had six tackles, 2.5 TFL, and an interception. Ryan Moon had five tackles, two TFLs, and a fumble recovery. Krish Chand, Josh Cho and Avi Lala added a sack apiece. Amr Ibrahim and Andrew Kim added fumble recoveries.
