Valley Stream South 30, Mineola 28: Yasir Shabazz-Allah had 25 carries for 85 yards and three touchdowns, and also returned an interception 30 yards for a touchdown to lead Valley Stream South (1-1) in Nassau III. Shabazz-Allah's 6-yard rushing touchdown in the second quarter, following Tyler Van Etten's 25-yard fumble return for a touchdown, gave the Falcons a 30-13 lead entering halftime. Jordan Wilson's 16-yard reception on 4th and 12 allowed Valley Stream South to run out the clock and seal the victory.
