HIGHLIGHTS
William Pickett rushed for 132 yards and scored a 5-yard touchdown with 21 seconds left to play to lift South Side in a Nassau Conference III semifinal. Pickett was 10-for-18 passing for 176 yards; he threw a 67-yard touchdown pass to TJ Maher and had a 30-yard completion to Nick LiCalzi to set up the game-winning touchdown. Licalzi had touchdown runs of 24 and 4 yards for the Cyclones (9-1). Nick Teresky rushed for 172 yards and two touchdowns and recovered a fumble to set up a Peter DelGais 1-yard TD run for Wantagh (7-3).
