Carle Place 35, Malverne 33: Luis Costa''s hit on a Malverne reciever knocked the ball loose with five minutes left and the score tied at 27. Craig Mazzeo recovered the fumble at the Carle Place 35-yard line. The Wild Frogs drove 65-yards in three minutes and took a 33-27 lead with 3:00 left. Andrew Hasting''s two-point conversion gave Carle Place a 35-27 lead. After Malverne cut the lead to 35-33 with 2:00 left, Will Kerstner recovered an onside kick to seal the victory. Lucas Golon ran for 105 yards and two touchdowns and caught two touchdown passes for Carle Place (1-0) in Nassau IV.
