Cold Spring Harbor 38, Malverne 6: Jacob Bruno rushed for 128 yards and one touchdown on six carries to spark No. 2 Cold Spring Harbor (8-1) over No. 7 Malverne in a Nassau Conference IV quarterfinal. Richie Striano added 76 yards and one touchdown on six carries and also tossed a 26-yard touchdown to Casey Reynolds in the second quarter. Reynolds chipped in a 60-yard interception return and finished with a pair of picks. Bruno, Petey Striano and Brady Strough all recorded a sack. Cold Spring Harbor advances to the semifinals, Saturday at Hofstra. Malverne wraps up the season 4-5.
