Newfield 28, Smithtown West 14: Maxwell Martin ran for 102 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries and was 9-for-16 passing for 192 yards and two touchdowns in Suffolk II. His 39-yard touchdown pass to Mike Prisco with 1:40 left in the second quarter gave Newfield a 14-7 lead. Martin's 40-yard touchdown run with 6:02 left in the game pushed the Wolverines' lead to 21-7. Kyle Siemieniewicz caught five passes for 122 yards and a 62-yard touchdown pass from Martin in the fourth quarter. Angelo Franzese had six tackles, including a sack and Joseph Hackal made six tackles and broke up three passes for Newfield (5-2). Smithtown West is 3-4.
