Smithtown West 20, Smithtown East 14: Nick DeFelice hauled in a 12-yard touchdown pass from Isaiah Zuppa-Kirkpatrick with 40 seconds left to lift Smithtown West (2-2) in Suffolk II. Joe Saccone scored for Smithtown East two minutes earlier, catching a 75-yard touchdown pass from Kevin Melore, and the squad took a 14-13 lead after Anthony Weidtman's point after. Zuppa-Kirkpatrick was 8-of-15 for 158 yards and two touchdown passes. He also connected with Jack VanCott on a contested 30-yard pass to keep Smithtown West's eventual game-winning drive alive. Anton Safir wrapped up the win with a final-second interception and Zach Antonacci led the defense with 11 tackles.
