Northport 31, Deer Park 6: Andrew Argyris rushed for 169 yards and three touchdowns on 22 carries to lead Northport (1-2) in Suffolk II. Sean Jeffrey had a 50-yard punt return for a touchdown to give Northport a 28-6 lead in the second quarter. He also had an interception and eight tackles. Anthony Canales had 10 tackles and two sacks and Brandon McNelis went 4 of 4 on extra-points and kicked a 35-yard field goal in the win.
