Connetquot 28, Smithtown West 22: Tyler Cordes rushed for 172 yards and one touchdown on 20 carries and caught a 7-yard touchdown pass to lead Connetquot in Suffolk II. Drew Guttieri rushed 15 times for 70 yards and completed 13 of 23 passes for 170 yards and two touchdowns, including a 51-yard strike to James Mastro that gave Connetquot a 28-16 lead in the fourth quarter. Cole Bunicci had 10 tackles (three for a loss), three pass breakups and scored on a 2-yard run in the first quarter. Mastro and Jack McCarthy each had an interception for Connetquot (2-1).
