Patchogue-Medford 42, Brentwood 21: Tyree Jackson was 7-of-12 for 158 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for 92 yards and one touchdown on 10 carries to lead Patchogue-Medford (5-2) in Suffolk I. Jackson connected with Marc Anthony Pedrosa on a pair of touchdowns, a 24-pass in the second quarter and 93-yard strike in the fourth, and also found Adrian Rutkowski for a 32-yard score in the second. Rutkowski chipped in a 21-yard interception return for a touchdown as well, while Vincent Cassella rushed for 64 yards and one touchdown on seven carries. Danny Horton led the defense with eight tackles and three sacks. Brentwood dropped to 3-4.
