Island Trees 57, Malverne 38: Cameron Provenzano rushed for 205 yards and five touchdowns on 18 carries to lead Island Trees in Nassau IV. Provenzano's fourth touchdown gave Island Trees a 50-38 lead in the fourth quarter and he provided the final margin with a 9-yard TD run later in the quarter. Ryan Mastropaolo rushed for 143 yards and one touchdown on 14 carries and Troy Silva rushed six times for 79 yards and a score. Island Trees (4-1) totaled 483 yards on offense. Joe Gagliardo added five tackles, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery in the win. Malverne falls to 2-3.
