Clarke 34, Locust Valley 22: Chris Giardino threw three touchdowns and ran for another and Lucas Abbatiello ran for 144 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries to lead Clarke (4-1) in Nassau IV. Giardino completed 5 of 11 passes for 149 yards and ran for 73 yards on four carries. His 59-yard opened the scoring and he threw a 55-yard pass to Brian Sullivan (four catches, 83 yards, two touchdowns) to make the score 14-0 Clarke in the first quarter. Carlo Paz returned an interception 95 yards to put Locust Valley on the board in the second quarter, before Giardino threw a 65-yard touchdown pass to Matt DeStefano and a 15-yard score to Sullivan to give Clarke a 26-7 lead going into halftime.
