East Meadow 40, Elmont 14: Patrick Spinola recorded two interceptions and a fumble recovery, leading the defense for East Meadow (3-1) in Nassau II. Jason Staunton chipped in with seven tackles, three of which were for a loss. Brandon Love rushed five times for 80 yards and two touchdowns, and Marc Giraud rushed 12 times for 68 yards and two touchdowns. James Saragossi and Devin Myers also rushed for scores. The Jets scored 26 unanswered points after Elmont's Jonathan Maldonado scored on a 5-yard run that cut the deficit to 14-7 late in the first quarter.
