Commack 36, Central Islip 13: Jacob Arato rushed seven times for 101 yards and touchdown runs of 6 and 30 yards to lead Commack (2-2) in Suffolk I. Arato's first touchdown came with 6:01 left in the second quarter and put Commack ahead 22-7. His 30-yard touchdown run was the opening score of the third quarter. Chris Iouannou rushed 18 times for 152 yards and a 6-yard touchdown run later in the third quarter, putting the Cougars ahead 36-7. Jesse Layton added 61 yards rushing. Matt Finch forced a fumble, had an interception and made seven tackles.
