Uniondale 45, Massapequa 40: Damion Collins ran for 193 yards and three touchdowns on 18 carries and Rolando Meyers-Turner accounted for 234 yards of total offense and three touchdowns to lead No. 5 Uniondale (6-3) over No. 4 Massapequa in the Nassau IV quarterfinals. Meyers-Turner completed 8 of 12 passes for 116 yards and a score and ran for 118 yards and two scores on 17 carries. Collins scored on a 70-yard touchdown run to give Uniondale a 45-33 lead with 10 minutes left in the fourth quarter. Uniondale lead 31-20 at halftime and 38-27 after three quarters, before Angelo Petrakis scored on a 4-yard run for Massapequa early in the fourth quarter. Oliver Escobar was 6-for-6 on extra points and kicked a 24-yard field goal for Uniondale, which reached the county semifinals for the first time since 2005, according to Newsday records.
