HIGHLIGHTS
West Islip 37, Huntington 35: Mike LaDonna rushed 29 times for 165 yards and three touchdowns and completed 5 of 8 passes for 65 yards and two touchdowns to lead West Islip (8-0) in Suffolk II. LaDonna found Dominic Sagginario for a 3-yard touchdown in the third quarter that gave West Islip a 37-28 lead. Huntington responded when John Paci IV threw a 60-yard touchdown pass to Chad Rowe to cut the deficit to 37-35, but West Islip hung on. Paci IV completed 14 of 27 passes for 320 yards, four touchdowns and three interceptions. He also ran six times for 45 yards and a touchdown, which made the score 30-21 early in the fourth quarter.
