Port Jefferson 35, Hampton Bays 7: Sam Florio completed 9 of 14 passes for 237 yards and five touchdowns -- four scores coming in the first half -- to lead Port Jefferson (2-3) in Suffolk IV. He also rushed for 115 yards on 10 carries. Aidan Kaminska hauled in 124 yards and three touchdowns on four receptions and Jonathan Bachmann added 52 yards and two scores on three receptions. Peyon Ginas, Ryan Holmes and Kaminska each added interceptions in the win. Port Jefferson forced eight turnovers on defense, including three interceptions and five fumble recoveries. Florio broke a school record with five touchdown passes, according to coach Andrew Cosci. Kaminska also broke a school record with three touchdown catches in a game.
