Eastport-South Manor 34, Islip 13: Nico Morello and Anthony Gambino connected for a 24-yard touchdown on a fly pattern up the middle of the field with 50 seconds left in the second quarter to give Eastport-South Manor (4-2) a 14-6 lead in Suffolk III. Morello also found Larry Cangro for two touchdowns, including a 68-yard score down the right sideline with nine minutes remaining in the game to give the Sharks a 34-6 lead. Morello completed 10 of 18 passes for 210 yards and three touchdowns. Gambino had five receptions for 100 yards and Cangro added 91 yards on three catches. Christian Bianco rushed for 162 yards on 18 carries and Nick Capazzola had 10 tackles, three for a loss, in the win.
