East islip 21, Eastport-South Manor 14: Steve Stassi found Nick Peluso for a 3-yard touchdown pass in overtime to lead East Islip (2-1) in Suffolk III. East Islip then stopped the Sharks on downs on the ensuing possession to clinch the win. Stassi completed 11 of 17 passes for 111 yards and two touchdowns and had 10 rushes for 62 yards. Peluso had three catches for 21 yards and two touchdowns and Dylan Rigo rushed 17 times for 56 yards and a touchdown. Tom Higgins had 13 tackles and a sack, Joe Fragala had 10 tackles and two sacks and Nick Baldino had an interception for the Redmen.
