Eastport-South Manor 48, Rocky Point 6: Anthony Gambino rushed for 138 yards, two touchdowns and a two-point conversion to lead Eastport-South Manor (1-1) in Suffolk III. ESM started the scoring early after an onside kick. Christian Bianco had 12 carries for 93 yards, two touchdowns and a two-point conversion. Joe Dalen went 5-for-7 totaling 125 yards and a touchdown. Dalen's touchdown came right before half time with a 42-yard pass to Larry Cangro, making the score 29-0. The Sharks first-team defense held Rocky Point to two first-downs. Nick Capazzola lead the defense with 10 tackles, plus two for loss. Bianco had eight tackles, plus three for loss.
