Mt. Sinai 14, Shoreham-Wading River 7: On fourth-and-goal from the 12-yard line, Dominic Boscarino made a tackle at the 2-yard line with two seconds remaining to preserve the win for Mt. Sinai in Suffolk IV. He finished the game with five tackles. Mike Sabella rushed for 157 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries, including an 81-yard touchdown run down the right sideline, breaking three tackles in the process with 1:40 remaining in the second quarter to give Mt. Sinai a 14-0 lead. Bobby DeMeo led the Mustangs defense with 16 tackles. Joey Spallina added nine tackles, Ryan Jones had eight tackles and Andrew Sartori and Brendon Ventarola each had seven tackles for Mt. Sinai (2-0).
