Centereach 19, North Babylon 9: Devin Demetres ran 10 times for 118 yards and a touchdown to lead Centereach in a Suffolk II opener. Liam Webber opened the second half with a 74-yard kickoff return for a touchdown to put the Cougars ahead 12-3. Eric Harrington had nine carries for 70 yards and a touchdown and recorded six tackles. Andrew Colletti had eight tackles and two sacks and David Adegoke added six tackles and a sack in the win.
