Mineola 14, West Hempstead 13: Matt Tarantola had 10 carries for 133 yards and a 98-yard touchdown, and made the game-saving tackle on a two-point conversion to seal the win for Mineola (6-2) in Nassau IV. Jayden Mason's 52-yard touchdown run put West Hempstead within one point with four minutes left in the fourth quarter, but Tarantola stopped the run on the ensuing two-point attempt. Patrick Revelant caught an 11-yard touchdown pass from Jason Eccher to give Mineola a 14-7 lead with about a minute left in the third. Eccher completed 7 of 14 passes for 67 yards and a touchdown.
