Plainedge 34, Hewlett 22: Dan Villari went 7-for-7 for 147 yards and two touchdown passes to lead Plainedge (5-0) in Nassau III. Vallari also ran for 106 yards on nine carries. Jake Diaz ran back a punt for 21 yards to open the scoring for Plainedge. Dion Kuinlan ran for 142 yards on 15 carries with an 18-yard rushing touchdown, which gave Plainedge a 14-0 lead after the Braden Clark extra point in the first quarter. Joe Yarusso recorded three receptions for 91 yards and two touchdowns. Orlando Cabrera blocked two punts and recovered one for a fumble. Braden Clark led Plainedge with 14 tackles. Cabrera, Tom Caltobiano, Clark and Reid DeGroff each registered a sack.
