HIGHLIGHTS
Malverne 18, Carle Place 13: Jalen Brown threw a 15-yard touchdown pass to Michael Warren with 3:45 remaining in the fourth quarter to push Malverne (3-2) ahead and earn the win in Nassau IV. Malverne was down by one point toward the end of the quarter. The Mules started the winning drive on the 40-yard line and in five plays, which included a 10-yard holding penalty that pushed Malverne back to the 15-yard line on second-and-goal, made the touchdown pass. Brown was 13-for-19 totaling 175 yards and three touchdowns, including a 33-yard pass to Rashad Teachey in the second quarter. Teachey had a 47-yard punt return to set up the second quarter touchdown drive. He also had six catches for 80 yards and a touchdown. Warren had four catches for 47 yards and a touchdown. Mason Richard and Warren led the defense with seven tackles apiece.
