Glen Cove was down by seven heading into the third quarter. Midway through, Devon Christopher threw a 60-yard pass to Peter Rodriguez, tying the score at 21. In the final quarter, Glen Cove's defense made three stops inside the 20-yard line including a goal line stand at the 1-yard line, with two minutes remaining, sending the game into overtime. The defense was led by Octavio Echegaray, who had seven tackles, and Fernando Portillo, who totaled six. Offensively, Devon Christopher threw for 80-yard and a touchdown.
