East Meadow 20, Long Beach 16: Stephen Calderaro had 15 carries for 56 yards and scored the go-ahead touchdown with three minutes remaining in the first half to lead East Meadow (1-2) in Nassau I. Chris Barry (11 carries, 59 yards) opened the scoring for East Meadow in the first quarter with a 5-yard touchdown run. Marc Giraud had eight tackles, including two for a loss and added a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and a sack. Brandon Love added an interception for the Jets.
