HIGHLIGHTS
Lawrence 41, Bethpage 21: Christian Fredericks' touchdown pass to Aquan Walker early in the fourth quarter gave Lawrence its first lead of the game in its Nassau III win. Fredericks completed 7 of 9 passes for 125 yards and three touchdowns, and rushed 10 times for 90 yards and a score. The Golden Tornadoes scored 27 unanswered points to finish the game. Jordan Alexander had an 85-yard kickoff return in the third quarter quarter to bring Lawrence within a point. Danny Reyes added the extra point to tie the game at 21. Alexander (two interceptions) finished the day with three catches for 28 yards and a score, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery that led to the Walker go-ahead touchdown, and sealed the game with a 29-yard interception return for a touchdown. Jeavon Johnson made seven tackles, including three tackles for a loss, and added a sack. Nick Pasquierello and Elijah Washington each had seven tackles and a tackle for a loss for Lawrence (3-0).
