Malverne 26, Mineola 12: Donovan Ishmael rushed for 108 yards on four carries and had an 80-yard touchdown in Nassau IV. The touchdown, scored with 4:45 left in the fourth quarter, iced the game. After falling behind 20-0, Mineola cut the Malverne lead to 20-12 in the fourth quarter. Rashad Teachey rushed for 34 yards on five carries and scored a 31-yard touchdown that put Malverne on the board in the first quarter. Messiah Gordon completed 16-of-21 passes for 260 yards and had touchdown passes of 32 and 11 yards. Gordon's 11-yard pass to Michael Warren on the opening drive of the second half opened up the 20-0 lead.
