Oceanside 14, Baldwin 7: Derek Cruz scored the go-ahead touchdown on an 80-yard run with 4:06 remaining to lead No. 1 Oceanside over No. 8 Baldwin in the first round of the Nassau I playoffs. Down 7-0 going into the fourth quarter, Oceanside tied the game on a Derek Cruz 10-yard pass to Diaz with 8:50 remaining. Cruz ran 17 times for 130 yards and a touchdown. Dylan Judd recorded seven tackles and Michael Scibelli added five tackles and a sack for Oceanside (9-0). Oceanside plays No. 4 Farmingdale in the semifinals at Hofstra on Saturday, Nov. 11, at 5:00 pm.
