Long Beach 43, South Side 14: Chris Parler had 16 carries for 146 yards and a touchdown and was also 3-for-6 passing for 40 yards and a touchdown to lead Long Beach (4-2) in Nassau II. Liam Rafferty was 5-for-8 for 58 yards and a touchdown and also caught two passes for 37 yards and a touchdown. The game was tied at 14 at halftime before Long Beach scored 29 unanswered points. Long Beach had two defensive touchdowns on consecutive series in the third quarter. Eric Zeppa returned a fumble 40-yards for a touchdown and Tyreek Bromley had a 40-yard interception return on the next drive. Rahmello Hodge forced the fumble, had a hit that caused the interception and also had a sack and another forced fumble in the second half.
