Miller Place 41, Center Moriches 6: Anthony Seymour completed five of 11 passes for 145 yards and three touchdowns and also ran two times for 120 yards and a touchdown to lead No. 2 Miller Place over No. 7 Center Moriches in the first round of the Suffolk IV playoffs. Tyler Ammirato ran 11 times for 77 yards and a touchdown and Anthony Filippetti had two catches for 77 yards and two touchdowns. Alex Herbest had a 50-yard touchdown reception and a 60-yard interception return for a touchdown. Ammirato and Jordan Syperski each had one interception and Joe Munno had 9 tackles, three for loss, and one interception for Miller Place (8-1). Miller Place hosts No. 3 Shoreham-Wading River in the semifinals on Friday, November 10, at 6 pm.
