Commack 24, Whitman 0: Brendan McCaffery had two interceptions, and returned one 48 yards for a touchdown to lead Commack in Suffolk I. He also tallied 12 tackles and 112 all-purpose yards. The Cougars scored all three of their touchdowns in the first quarter in a wire-to-wire victory. Adam Ostrowski picked up two sacks and also recovered a fumble in the end zone for a touchdown to give Commack a 21-0 advantage late in the first.
