Lawrence 42, Floral Park 10: Christian Fredericks completed four of five passes for 69 yards and a touchdown, along with nine carries for 176 yards and two touchdowns to lead Lawrence in Nassau III opener. On the first play Suquan Stays forced a fumble and Aaron Degrenfied recovered for Lawrence. On the next play Chris Collier scored on a 28-yard run. Collier had 11 carries for 118 yards and two touchdowns. Chris Rodas had two carries for 60 yards and Norell Folawiyo had two catches for 50 yards and a touchdown. Rodas lead the defense with nine tackles and a forced fumble. Stays had five tackles, a sack and a forced fumble. Jeavon Johnson recovered a fumble in the endzone for a touchdown.
