St. John the Baptist 33, St. Joseph by the Sea 30: Xavier Rivera made a game-winning 35-yard field goal in the fourth overtime period to lead St. John the Baptist (1-4) in a CHSFL win. St. John the Baptist got a stop on fourth down at the 2-yardline on St. Joseph by the Sea's possession in the fourth overtime period when Nigel Jarvis defended a pass. St. Joseph by the Sea led 8-0 at halftime before Daniel Parker ran for a 64-yard touchdown in the third quarter and the first Michael Palermo's three two-point conversion runs tied the game at 8. The visitors went back ahead, 16-8, midway through the fourth quarter before Jarvis returned the ensuing kickoff 80 yards for a touchdown. Jarvis also scored on a 2-yard touchdown run to tie the game at 22 after the first overtime period. After neither team scored in the second overtime period, Nicholas DelCore opened the third overtime period with a 4-yard touchdown run and Palermo's run on the conversion attempt made it 30-22. St. Joseph by the Sea answered to send the game to a fourth overtime. Parker rushed for 180 yards on 22 carries and DelCore added 110 yards on 22 carries.
