Garden City 42, Carey 14: Chris Mixon rushed for 166 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries to lead No. 1 Garden City (11-0) over No. 2 Carey (8-3) in the Nassau II championship game. After Carey got out to an early 7-0 lead, Garden City responded with 28 unanswered points. Jack Bill carried the ball six times for 110 yards and two touchdowns, including an 86-yard score. Garden City will take on Half Hollow Hills West in the Long Island Championships on November 27 at Stony Brook University.
