Garden City 42, Long Beach 26: Brett Stewart completed 11of 21 passes for 150 yards and two touchdowns, and ran for 101 yards on 23 carries with two touchdowns to lead Garden City (4-1) over Long Beach (3-2) in Conference II. Garden City's Tom Flatley recorded his 250th carer win as a head coach. Flately has a 250-41-7 record in 29 years at Garden City. Brian Colamussi, a senior in his first game of the season after returning from an injury, had four receptions for 71 yards and two touchdowns. Long Beach's Chris Parler ran for 259 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries.
