HIGHLIGHTS
Garden City 35, Sewanhaka 0: Garden City forced eight turnovers (six fumble recoveries and two interceptions) in the Nassau II win. Justin Coppola's fumble recovery midway through the first set up Chris Mixon's five-yard touchdown run that put Garden City ahead 13-0. Mixon scored from one-yard out towards the end of the second quarter to give the Trojans a 20-0 lead. Joey D'Errico recovered a fumble late in the fourth quarter and, on the first offensive play after the turnover, scored a 20-yard touchdown to give Garden City a 34-0 lead. Billy Rousakis made all five of his extra points to lead Garden City (7-0).
