Sachem East 42, Patchogue-Medford 13: Jake Kelleher had three touchdowns on runs of 52, 32 and 1 yard to lead Sachem East (3-4) in Suffolk I. His longest run came in the second quarter before he ran in two more scores on consecutive offensive possessions in the third. He had 202 yards on 16 carries. Michael Huber had a touchdown and 121 yards on eight carries. Offensive guard Kyle Farrell recovered a fumble and returned it four yards for a touchdown, and Frank Stelling had a 25-yard interception return for a touchdown. Danny Carroll had six tackles, including two for a loss.
