HIGHLIGHTS
Freeport 41, Oceanside 28: Jaelin Hood's pick-six as time expired sealed Freeport's win in Nassau I. With 17 seconds left and no timeouts left, Oceanside took a shot at the end zone but came up short. Hood intercepted the pass and returned it 95 yards for the score. Freeport (6-1) trailed 28-21 late in the third quarter, but Rashad Tucker ran 20 yards for the tying score. Robert Fitzsimmons made one of his 17 tackles to force a turnover on downs at Freeport's 5-yard line with 5:49 left in the fourth quarter, setting up Elyjah Campbell's go-ahead seven-yard touchdown run with 3:05 left. Tucker, who completed 8 of 9 passes for 196 yards and ran five times for 116 yards and two touchdowns, had a 59-yard rush during the go-ahead drive. Hood caught three passes for 135 yards and two touchdowns.
