East Rockaway 34, Valley Stream South 28: Tommy Rogers' 72-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter broke a 28-28 tie and led East Rockaway (3-3) in Nassau IV. Colin Barnes recovered a strip fumble that allowed the Rocks to run down the final minutes of the clock just one play after East Rockaway fumbled its snap on 4th-and-2, resulting in a turnover on downs. Barnes also ran 18 times for 165 yards and two touchdowns and caught one pass for 54 yards and a touchdown. James Tierney ran 18 times for 117 yards and a touchdown.
