Malverne 37, West Hempstead 7: Dante Lacroix ran for two touchdowns and threw for two more to lead Malverne (4-1) in Nassau IV. West Hempstead's Timmy Shanley scored first on a 10-yard run, but Malverne answered on Amarie Reyes' 10-yard run. The Mules broke the game open in the second quarter, when Lacroix broke free for touchdown runs of 24 and 48 yards for a 24-7 lead. Lacroix, who ran six times for 104 yards, threw just five times but connected with Maurice Teachey for touchdowns of 15 and 99 yards.
