Carey 21, Herricks 14: Quarterback Dan Conte completed 7-of-10 passes for 47 yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 22 yards on seven attempts to lead Carey (3-2) in Nassau II. Conte found Dominic Scorcia on a nine-yard touchdown pass early in the fourth quarter to give Carey a 21-7 lead. Scorcia recorded three catches for 24 yards and two touchdowns, and also came up with an interception on defense. After falling behind 7-0 early on, Conte put Carey ahead 14-7 by throwing his first touchdown pass of the game, which was also a nine-yard toss to Scorcia. Shaheem Taylor-White's four-yard touchdown run tied the game for Carey in the second quarter after an early Herricks touchdown. Taylor-White had 62 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries.
