North Shore 28, West Hempstead 8: Ryan Aughavin ran 14 times for 170 yards and two touchdowns and threw for a score to lead North Shore (2-2) in Nassau IV. Brian Tilton ran six times for 31 yards and a touchdown that opened scoring in the first. In the second quarter, Aughavin ran for a 54-yard touchdown and connected with John Magliocco for a 12-yard score. Magliocco also converted each of his four extra-point attempts.
