Sachem North 22, Patchogue-Medford 9: Alezandro Aponte had 24 carries for 161 yards and a 65-yard touchdown run to lead Sachem North (3-1) in Suffolk I. Aponte added two receptions for 23 yards. Nick Licostie completed all six passes he threw for 87 yards and a touchdown. Chris Maser added 15 carries for 83 yards and a touchdown. Sachem North recorded its 300th win in program history, according to coach Dave Falco.
