Roslyn 22, Friends Academy 18: On fourth-and-18, Thomas Davis snagged a lateral pass from Isaiah Hunter on the tail end of a hook and ladder and cruised up the left sideline untouched for the 30-yard score late in the third quarter to win it for Roslyn (4-0) in Nassau V. Outside linebacker Alex Epprecht had two interceptions - one midway through the third to set up Adam Combs, who hit Hunter on the fade for a 30-yard TD to draw Roslyn to within 18-15 with five minutes left in the third - and another in the fourth quarter. He also recovered an onside kick to begin the eventual game-winning drive. Epprecht had 14 tackles, and caught a 15-yard TD pass in the second quarter. Friends led 18-7 thanks to Tyrone Perkins' 41-yard TD pass from Corey Goldglit with 15 seconds left in the half.
