Clarke 30, West Hempstead 10: In sophomore Sean Russell's first varsity game he was 5 for 10 completions with 128 yards and one touchdown leading Clarke (2-0) in Nassau IV. The defense "did a great job shutting out West Hempstead" in the first three quarters. Tyler Abbatiello had 12 tackles. Besnik Dalipi had nine tackles. Austin Carman-Lyons had five tackles and one sack, along with six carries for 47 yards and a touchdown. Corey Rosenbloom hjad 11 carries for 81 yards with two touchdowns.
