HIGHLIGHTS
Lindenhurst 17, Brentwood 7: Peter Mangione's 55-yard touchdown run on the first play from scrimmage for Lindenhurst (1-3), followed by Anthony Lanzieri's 3-yard touchdown run, gave the Bulldogs a 14-0 lead at halftime after two extra point kicks by A.J. Leddy in Division I. Lindenhurst held Brentwood (1-3) to less than 50 yards of total offense in the first half. Leddy added a 27-yard field goal with 5:00 left in the third quarter. Marcus Hall's 3-yard touchdown run was the lone score for the Indians. Kevin Harvey led the Bulldogs with 24 carries for 126 yards. Frank Cicchetti led Lindenhurst with 11 tackles, Gino Bonagura added seven and Matt Giannelli had six. Lanzieri finished with four pass deflections.
