Huntington 42, Smithtown West 20: Keiron Byrams ran 16 times for 141 yards, caught a 52-yard touchdown pass and returned kickoff 90 yards for a score to lead Huntington (1-2) in Suffolk II. Byrams and John Paci connected for the long score on Huntington's first drive of the second half to take a 21-0 lead. After Smithtown West Kyle Zawadski ran two yards for a score later in the third quarter, Byrams returned the kickoff for a touchdown to bring Huntington's advantage back to 21 points. Paci completed 4 of 7 passes for 101 yards and two touchdowns. Anthony McDonald had 10 tackles.
