HIGHLIGHTS
Wyandanch 28, Hampton Bays 12: This is a special season for Wyandanch football. For one, this season is dedicated to Malik Stoddard, a former player on his way to Monroe College, who was killed due to gun violence. Secondly, this is the first time since 1987 that the team has started with a 2-0 start. "It was a very moving moment which made this victory even more rewarding," said Coach Dwight Singleton. Leading the win in the Suffolk IV game was quarterback Alexander Odle who was 8 for 12 completions with 237 yards, eight rushing attempts for 75 yards and one touchdown. Christian Flowers had 11 carries for 120 yards with a touchdown. Jayvon Smith had five sacks.
